The new power line for Warmia and Mazury
During a conference in Sile near Olsztyn representatives of public administration and local government of provinces Warmian-Mazurian and Mazovian, PSE S.A., PSE Investments S.A. and Aldesa Nowa Energia signed a declaration on the cooperation and the implementation of a public investment involving the construction of 400 kV double-circuit line Ostrołęka - Olsztyn Mątki.
The signed declaration concerns the construction of 138 km of overhead double-circuit power line with a capacity of 400kV. The document defines principles for administrative cooperation with Aldesa (it concerns, in particular, timely implementation of the project to planning documents on land use planning). It also obligates the company to conduct information and education action among the inhabitants of the Warmian-Mazurian and Mazovian province.
Power Network Ostrołęka-Olsztyn-Mątki will run through areas of the Warmian-Mazurian and Mazovian province. In Mazovia by municipalities: Rzekuń, Lelis, Olszewo-Borki, Kadzidło, Baranowo, Czarnia, while in the Warmia and Mazury it will be probably municipality Szczytno, Dywity, Jonkowo, Barczewo, Wielbark, Dźwierzuty, Olsztyn, Ostrołęka.
A new power line will be nearly 140 km long and will cost about 400 million zlotys from the state budget. The entire investment will be completed in 2016 and will replace 220KV line.
